Meal planning, and new goals for the next week.

So this week was a struggle being drugged and all. So this is a new week new goals which will be posted on the side.

Monday


  • Stuffed Bell Peppers

Tuesday



  • @ my parents

Wednesday



  • Sweet and Sour chicken rice bowls

Thursday



  • Pepper Pot Roast

Friday



  • Grilled Chicken Parmesan

Saturday



  • Salmon in apricot sauce

As for the goals of this week:


Monday



  • Make a meal plan and grocery list for the week

Tuesday



  • Take a walk and enjoy nature with your family post about it

Wednesday



  • Do something nice for you and blog about it.

Thursday



  • Find something that motivates you make a collage and post it

Friday



  • Do something nice for your hubby and post about it

Saturday:



  • Find something that makes you laugh and post about

Sunday


Find an inspiring quote or scripture post it
