Sweet day two goal complete!

So this took longer then I thought but here it is. It is so rewarding to already have it done and to my grocery list ready go! Here is my week's meal plan



Break feast:

The odd days: Low carb breakfast cups: 84 Calories 5grams of fat {this recipes makes 18 and you can freeze it them for something fast}
The even days: Egg Mcuffin 200 Calories 2 grams of fat

Lunch:
Monday: BBQ pulled pork stuffed potato 320 calories 6 grams of fat
Tuesday: BLT wrap 280 calories
Wednesday: Southwest Chicken Salad 125 calories 2 grams of fat
Thursday White chicken chili 226 Calories 5 grams of fat
Friday: Turkey Sandwich
Saturday : Chicken Salad

Dinner:
Monday: Stroganoff {sp?} 223 calories 7 grams of fat
Tuesday: {at my parents}
Wednesday:White Chicken Chili 226 calories 5 grams of fat
Thursday: Stuffed Bell Peppers 241 Calories 8 Grams of fat
Friday BBQ chicken pizza 202 Calories 8 Grams of Fat
Saturday: Marina Chicken and veggies 115 calories 8 grams of fat

Snacks:
Oranges
Grapes
String Cheese
snap peas
sweet potatoes
Almonds

Side dishes:
Salad
Green Beans
Steamed carrots
Spinach

So that for one week it seems like a lot of food but belie it or not you have to even lose weight. What do you think? If you want any of these recipes just let me know and I an post it or email you. It feels good to get a goal done a day ! How is it going with you?
